Taiwan are known for having crazy night food markets. In big cities, in small towns, they’re everywhere! Each night food market has it’s own dishes that it is known for. I went to a new night food market almost every night in Taipei!
I haven’t done an extensive blog post on the night markets in Taiwan because I’ve made 5 Youtube videos on them (see below) But here is a little list of of my favourite foods I tried at the night food markets:
